Our Story

School of Skills (SOS) was founded in 2014 to provide all students (no matter their background) with vocational education to find high-potential jobs without a degree. These are not the standard, boring desk jobs either — we expand students’ technical ability, challenge their intellectual thinking, and ignite their automotive passion.

With vehicles & automation constantly evolving, auto technicians are also challenged to adapt to new technologies and topics every day. With this in mind, we’d prepare students for the challenges and requirements of the future, not only with theoretical knowledge but also with hands-on practical skills.

On the other hand, our programmes and education consultants will equip students with the skills the industry says matter most while ensuring that their time at the School of Skills is productive and enjoyable. Rest assured that our trainers are experienced and proficient in teaching automotive to future generations.

Our role does not stop there as we pledge to provide lifetime career guidance and refresher courses to keep students on the right track. On top of this, our strategic partners will also provide real-life industry experiences so students can gain a competitive edge in the workforce.

The school is accredited by Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) and our certification is endorsed by well-known overseas education partners such as West College Scotland and OTHM, UK. On that note, we are confident that our students’ progression and results will reflect extraordinarily with our automotive solutions.
